Milk mustache

Look who's getting muscular

How does this happen so quickly??
Sarah Grace really enjoys her little chair.
Hannah also enjoys that she has a new chair
Someone needs a little reminder whos chair it really is.

Since we've been home

More like between birth and July 6th.
I kid you not I have uploaded photos 10 separate times. It's probably more like 15 to 20. I would put too many I guess and it would freeze up or I would get distracted by a child or whatever else could come up.

So I really will not have much commentary. But, let's face it, you just want to see my pretty little girls anyway.
Hannah has been so cute whenever she holds her. She'll ask in her Hannah way by sticking out her arms and grunting. Then when she is done, she either pushes Sarah off her lap or sticks her arms in the air signifying that she is finished. (Don't worry, there is always an adult around.) She sure loves her sister though. She wants to cuddle and squeeze her all the time.
This picture always makes me laugh. Can you see Hannah standing on her nightstand in the background? She is a big time climber!
One of the few times you'll see Sarah cry. She's an amazingly quiet peaceful baby.
Some more sisterly love and curiosity
So thankful that my mom was able to come and stay and help out!!!
Thanks Mom!

I'm telling you, Sarah Grace NeSmith is perfect!!!

I Say Hello, you say Goodbye!

Hannah is learning so quick these days. I pretended to answer a phone with a banana only once and a few days later I got this gem.

Here's a couple of my buddies with the same phone

The Hospital

Ok, I'm going to be vain for just a minute and post a picture of me. I feel like this was the best picture of me taken of me the whole 9 months. I just don't do pregnancies well. BUT, I have to say I do labor and delivery (at least this time, knock on wood) very well. Like text book perfect, if not better.
These are 2 super excited parents!!!
Ok, so Sarah Grace is pretty awesome.
This is her story of her arrival.
Her mother and father arrived at the hospital a little after 5:00 in the morning.
I got checked in and got an iv going within the hour.
Pitocen started around 7:00. I have always wanted to "feel" contractions. Come to find out, I have had contractions everyday. Low grade ones, but contractions all the same.
I think it was around 7:30 or 8 maybe even 8:30 that I got the epidural. Definitely the hardest part of labor and delivery and postpartum. (Who would of guessed? That and the stinkin IV.)
At 9:45, my doctor came in and broke my water. Around 12:00, I was fully dilated. But they wanted me to labor down for an hour. No problem, can't feel anything anyway.
I think around 1:15 they got me ready to push. I had four sets of pushes.
Sarah Grace didn't dilly dally. She was ready for her debut.
1:39 she was placed on my stomach what a wonderful feeling!

We love you baby girl!

Born with a head full of dark hair and dark eyes.
She looks like me. She has the Hutchison nose.

Full family shot. Hannah DID NOT want to come close to me. She was very interested in the baby, just not her mother.
A proud Daddy with his girls!!!

Check out those cheeks!!!
Getting ready for her first road trip.
