Feel better
If ever you should feel you've got a mess on your hands, you can just refer to this and feel better.
This was an everyday occurrence. EVERYDAY. We eventually moved our art stuff to a room with a closed door. It eased my burden for cleaning the kitchen. However, that room now is a hazardous waste site now. Oh well, I think my mental health is better now that it has been moved.
Bonfires at Bama
This will probably go down as one of my favorite family picture.
(Even through of the intense stick eye from McKay. Give him a break, he was out past his bed time.)
I loved living in Tuscaloosa. There was always something to do.
We went to the homecoming bonfires every year. It was a way to celebrate my parents first date.
Their first date was to homecoming.
I'm glad to be able to celebrate with my kids and have them experience some of the magic behind it.
Parade
I have so many fond memories growing up of going to homecoming parades. I love'd going.
This year my kiddos got to experience it with their cousins!
Stair Master
So long our the days where the stairs acted as a playpen.
He learned to escape.
Master of all tricks.
(Since I am publishing this nearly 3 years after the event. I marvel at how clean my dining room is. Christmas just passed at this point and my dining room is a total dumping ground. So once upon a time, my dining room was clean and here is the proof!)
Daddy's zoo trip
What a Treat!!!
I swear I'm not pushing her in. She just wanted to see the waterfall. So, I thought she'd like a picture with it. 💁 I dunno....whatever
See, she did like it and look there is a bear in the background.
Here's Hannah freaking out with the cougar. (I mean there is a fence and a barrier)
McKay was there to. Here's his beautiful bald head to prove it.
